Join us at the Goolwa library to celebrate International Pollinator Week for The Buzz About Native Bees & Butterflies - a relaxed, inspiring session exploring the fascinating world of our local pollinators and the plants they depend on.
Presented by Adelaide author and native plant enthusiast Shane Meyer, this free session will open your eyes to the incredible diversity of bees, butterflies and other pollinators right here in our region - and how you can support them at home.

Our presenter for the day;
Shane is an Adelaide-based author, conservationist and native plant enthusiast with a passion for connecting people to the natural world. With a background in Conservation and Park Management, Shane specialises in native bees, butterflies and pollinator-friendly gardening, sharing practical ways people can support biodiversity at home. He is also the author of the children’s books Belle the Blue-Banded Bee and The Hungry Honeyeater, which inspire young readers to appreciate Australia’s unique wildlife and habitats.
