Have you ever seen a Running Postman in your garden? Or perhaps you have planted a Snotty Gobble?

Join local author and artist, Zinia King on a whimsical adventure exploring some of our local Australian native plants and their interesting names!


This event is a collaboration with the Victor Harbor Library and is supported by Green Adelaide.

 

Event Details…

Following a reading of Zinia's book, Plants with Peculiar Names, we will learn about some of these plants then get creative painting them in watercolour. 

Zinia will have copies of her book available to purchase on the day.

This session is suitable for children aged 5-12. 

Please book one ticket, per child attending. Adults do not need to book a ticket for themselves.
