Join chef and permaculturist Kym Ormond for a practical and engaging introduction to the world of lacto-fermentation.

A demonstration style workshop where you'll learn the art of making your own sauerkraut and kimchi!

Fermentation is a simple and ancient method of preserving food while enhancing its flavour, longevity and nutritional benefits.

In this session, we’ll cover the basics of lacto-fermentation and its benefits for gut health, essential ingredients and techniques for making sauerkraut and kimchi.

Plenty of time for Q&A on how to troubleshoot common fermentation issues.

No experience necessary, just bring your curiosity and start your journey into lacto-fermentation or come by to pick up some extra tips/tricks.
