Urban Wildlife

Join our Wild About You workshops series to unlock the secrets to creating a wildlife friendly neighbourhood.

This informal workshop is taking place at the beautiful Hugh Bamford Reserve at the site of the resident Bushcare group.

Join Sandra Guy, Sydney Wildlife expert and;

  • discover the secret lives of the critters who live alongside us
  • learn how to create creature friendly gardens
  • hear animal rescue stories and learn how can we help our native species and deter the pests.

Meeting point:  Hugh Bamford Reserve at the end of laneway between 46 and 48 Wentworth Street, Dover Heights

Look out for other workshops in our Wild About You series and let’s make caring for our wildlife second nature.

Joining Habitat Stepping Stones is another way to get your garden looking great and also working well for wildlife.

For more information about getting involved in greening our local area go to Waverley Council's website.
